Help Develop the Regional Hub
A London based Local Authority is currently leading on developing the Regional Adoption Hub and are looking for an experienced Manager to help facilitate this transition.

This is an exciting opportunity which focuses on the changes brought about by the Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) Programme. The role will see you support the transition of the Authorities Adoption services into the Regional Hub. As this is a regional change you will have the opportunity to work with counterparts from other Local Authorities providing an additional dimension to the role. As well as helping with the implementation of the Regional Hub you will be managing 10 Social Workers which make up the Authorities Adoption service.
The Local Authority is one of the most divers Local Authorities in the country and with that come additional challenges which you are unlikely to find elsewhere. Furthermore due to the high levels of Child Poverty in the region Social Workers usually carry a complex caseload providing them with a workload that is stimulating and challenging. As the Senior Team Manager one of your key roles will be to empower your staff, providing them with guidance as well as confidence.
During your time you will be supported by the Senior Management team, which is an established team and have been working in the Authority for a significant amount of time. The Senior Management team have a clear vision and direction for the service.
