UQ Business School

The role
The UQ Business School is seeking Academics (Teaching and Research) to be engaged in undergraduate teaching in a large management course, Research Higher Degree supervision and further development of the School’s programs, as well as to undertake research of high quality. Applicants with expertise in strategy, organisation and management theory, sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation will be highly regarded. Appointment will be made at Lecturer level.
The person
Applicants should have attained a PhD in Strategy or a related discipline, and have experience coordinating large undergraduate courses. Expertise in other areas covered by the discipline, such as innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship will be an advantage. Applicants should have a demonstrated ability to contribute to high quality teaching, an active program of research and an established record of publications in leading national and international journals.
Remuneration
This is a full-time, continuing, teaching and research academic appointment with an expected commencement for Semester 1, 2018. The remuneration package will be in the range of:
For Lecturer (Academic Level B) $89,458 - $106,232 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $104,667 - $124,291 p.a.).
A market loading may be negotiated for successful applicants.
