Do you want to be the person that is going to direct the EHS policy within one of the fastest growing company in the Chemical German Industry ? That is the opportunity i am offering to Safety Engineer with Strong Experiences.
My client is currently looking for an EHS Manager, that would have some strong responsabilities helping him and his employees reaching an high level of EHS policies in order to avoid risks for everyone. It is crucial for my client to see his employee working in a safe area taht is why he is willing to invest on an EHS Manager that would have those responsibilities.
Missions :
- Implement safety, health and environmental policies in accordance with the existing safety and environmental management systems and are responsible for the documentation
- Take care of the tasks as a safety specialist, fire protection and fault handling specialist
- Create work instructions and documents relevant to the safety and environmental management system
- Regularly update the hazard assessments of the workstations in the plant
- Create and review work and operation instructions
- Support the plant manager in the implementation of Vision Zero
Profile :
(Engineering, chemical engineering or comparable training) and training as a safety engineer with several years of experience in a related industrial sector
Strong communication and cooperation capacity as well as a structured and self-responsible way of working
A high degree of analytical competence as well as problem-solving orientation and decision-making ability
Knowledge of the standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Excellent German language skills and good English skills in spoken and written as well as safe handling of MS-Office
