NonStop's client, a global generics company is searching for a validation professional who will be responsible for helping to establish product and process validation requirements for equipment used in the new biosimilar manufacturing facility. You will also be in charge of leading two junior validation associates.

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands on managerial role with a varied work load, ensuring your day to day activities will never be mundane. They also support the growth of your skills sets in terms of widening your personal and professional development.

In order to be considered for this position you will need:
* 4 + years of Process validation experience (upstream and down stream)
* Experience with team leading or mentoring
* Experience in the Pharma, med devices industry or biotechnology.
* Fluent in English and German (preferred - will also accept basic German skills with ability to learn)

This position is based in Austria s in a beautiful rural location, that takes you away form the stresses of city life.
