Regionaler Vertriebsleiter - Nord-Ost Deutschland - Teamführung
Larger responsibilities on your mind? Hoping for a next step towards KAM-leadership and, eventually, senior commercial roles? NonStop are currently recruiting for a qualified Regional Manager to take over an established team in the Northeast, covering key territories in Berlin, Hamburg and between.
This is a first-line Sales Management role with exposure across the specialty pharmaceutical business, including specialist Doctors in Clinic and Practice as well as head pharmacists and hospital buyers. To help drive a high-performing team of experienced Sales Reps to results, you will ideally enjoy developing new strategies, thinking "outside the box" and assessing your work in proven metrics. Proven experience in people-management is a key requirement of the role, as well as clear understanding of the research pharmaceutical business, if possible in a hospital setting.
This could be a perfect chance to develop your profile in regional management, perhaps in a first role with pure Rx product portfolio. With increased exposure to Medical and Marketing departments, it will also set you up ideally for a more senior commercial position in the next years.
