If you are a customer service specialist who enjoys working with technical products in a global and effervescent environment, we have your new challenge waiting for you close to home, in Milton Keynes!
Our client, a global manufacturer of medical devices focusing on diagnosis, is keen on meeting their new Technical Customer Service Specialist and welcoming them into their technically-savvy team. You would have the unique opportunity to join a company whose cancer diagnosis technology is unrivalled in the medical community in terms of accuracy and workflow management. At the same time, you would learn how to provide basic troubleshooting and manage deployment of field engineers in case of escalation.
You will be great at this job if you have:
* 2-5 years previous phone-based customer service experience, ideally with a technical product;
* Excellent communication and time management skills;
* Fluency in English.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
