Opportunity in Medical Devices field: Preclinical Lab Manager Class III

My Client is a medical device start-up which has its Italian headquarter in the northern part of the country and is actively looking for a Preclinical Test Lab Manager to join its outstanding team.

With its ambitious and innovative project, the Company is ready to kick-start the world of cardiovascular implantable, therefore they're looking for someone with great skills and expertise to take the challenge and really make the difference in the field.

Young and innovative, yet well-established: the Company is already FDA and CE approved and its growth perspective represents an incredible opportunity for the person who will join at the right moment, since the journey is about to begin!

The candidate will be responsible of the planning and execution of all testing activities required by international standards and MD regulatory directives for the preclinical evaluation of innovative implantable for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Duties and responsibilities:

* lead the execution of all numerical analyses and in-vitro/in-vivo investigations required by international standards for the preclinical evaluation of Company's prosthesis
* responsible of the daily operations of in-house labs, shall prove ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously
* collaborate and manage external vendors, including contract research organisations and cross functional teams to ensure R&D project timelines are met
* write/approve test protocols and reports, out of specification (OOS) documents, technical summaries, procedures, and other pertinent deliverables
