Supplier Quality Manager / Team Leader Production - Automotive

Job description

• You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the team entrance control
• You prepare the work instructions
• You are responsible for designing and creating specific measuring tools so that the department is equipped with the right measuring equipment that can measure and follow the quality requirements and tolerance limits with the necessary precision and speed.
• You take care of the ordering, follow-up and commissioning of new measuring instruments
• You maintain contacts with external suppliers of measuring instruments regarding possibilities, technical support and problems
• You investigate and implement new working methods and procedures to continuously improve
• You provide the monthly reports
• You follow the work stock and the critical parts, necessary for production
• You follow up quality problems in production
• You manage and monitor unscheduled measurement assignments for third parties
• You organize, evaluate and evaluate measurement system, repeatability and reproducibility analyzes

Profile

• You have strong communication skills and are analytical and systematic
• You are customer-oriented and flexible
• Dutch is essential, knowledge German is a plus
• Job-related competences
• Monitoring and analyzing quality data Determining changes and improvements
• Drafting and adjusting quality procedures and checking the correct application
• Provide technical support and advice to services and customers (design, development, ...)
