The Aga Khan University Hospital invites application for the position of Staff Medical Officer, 24x7 Emergency and Acute Care
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Patients' initial evaluation, investigation and management to maintain consistently high clinical quality and service standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff and work under supervision of on call faculty to ensure the admitted patients care management and treatment as per defined policy and protocols.
Requirements
You should have:
- MBBS with a valid PMDC license
- 8 years' experience in Adult Medicine/ Surgery/ Family Medicine. MCPS / MRCGP in Family Medicine will be preferred or MBBS with 12 years of experience in a large hospital (at least 100 beds). Candidate with structured residency training or emergency experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
