The Role

The eLearning Officer is responsible for the provision of support to the UQ Business School through maintenance of eLearning systems and sites. The position will provide quality assurance by monitoring and reviewing documentation contained within the School's learning management environment, including, but not limited to Blackboard and Electronic Course Profiles (ECP). The incumbent will provide assistance, advice and general support for users of UQ's eLearning systems and sites. Additionally, the role will provide support to the Learning Design Team.

 

The Person

Applicants should possess qualifications in relevant disciplines (e.g. IT, Multimedia Development), or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training/education. You should possess extensive experience in a variety of software packages, particularly web based applications. The ability to communicate processes and procedures to a wide range of individuals is vital.

Remuneration

This is a full time, fixed term (12 month) appointment at HEW Level 5. The remuneration package will be in the range $66,347 - $74,098 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5% (total package will be in the range $72,649 - $81,137 p.a.).
