Job Details
My client is a world leader in their industry with a strong presence in over 13 countries world wide and is currently looking for a new colleague to be the go to person in the role of a Data Analyst.
Your Tasks:
Support the development and optimization of processes and equipment with statistical methods
Development of evaluation and forecasting methods based on product, process and measurement data as well as routine analyses for process development and production
Analysis and forecasting of processes, machines and products
Creation of specifications for data analysis and visualization in cooperation with the specialist departments
Planning, implementation or support in the validation / documentation
Lead or collaborate in projects for data storage, analysis or visualization
Participation in forums on statistical topics (Industry 4.0 / Machine learning)
Training of employees in dealing with statistical methods
Your profile:
Technical degree (University of Applied Sciences or University) in the field of data analysis, physics, manufacturing technology or metrology
At least 3 years professional experience in the field of data analysis of technical processes and their optimization
Solid knowledge in statistics (preferably experiences with SAS JMP, Matlab)
Knowledge of the application of problem-solving processes (Six-Sigma Green, Black Belt)
Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
Willingness to travel up to 30%
