Senior Research Fellow/Project Manager, Nursing, Midwifery and Health

Applications are invited for a Senior Research Fellow/Project Manager (SRF/PM) to lead the day to day set up, organisation and project management of an NIHR HSDR funded study investigating the potential for eye donation (ED) from palliative and hospice care settings in England. The research study responds to the shortage of tissue for use in transplant operations and medical research by exploring the current and barriers to ED in these settings as a means to inform service provision. 

Under the supervision of the Chief Investigator the SRF/PM will undertake leadership, management and engagement activities to Facilitate delivery of this 36 months mixed methods study.

To be successful in your application you will need to meet the requirements laid out in the job description. You will have a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in Health Services Research/Related health or Social Science Subject.

The post if offered full time for 36 months on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2022.
