NonStop Technical is working with an absolute leader in the area of mobility services on a European level. The company is based in Brussels, Belgium and is looking for an International Sales Manager for OEM accounts.

This opportunity provides you an excellent chance to join a growing, trending and a lucrative market within the industry. No prior experience in this exact field is required! It's an excellent opportunity to work with OEMs and expand your network with such clients around Europe. While some technical markets in the industry have been suffering, the area of mobility solutions and connected car services has been massively growing and it is projected to further continue having such an impact. This means that your job will be secure and you will be providing a value added service which has a massive impact on OEMs. Take advantage of these new possibilities!

The company is based in Brussels, Belgium. We are looking for English speakers, while German and French are of massive advantage. If you're already located in Belgium, flexible working hours to avoid traffic and a potential home-office are a possibility! If you're relocating you will be looking at moving to the European capital itself, home of Toyota Motor Europe and major suppliers in the industry like AISIN, AW Europe, DENSO and more. It's an excellent chance to interact with other professionals from the industry and expand your network. The company will provide some assistance to those relocating.

In this position you will:

* Actively contribute to develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the company based on the targeted OEM accounts
* Secure a well-planned and coordinated customer approach
* Secure and further develop the existing contracts to generate additional business by extending the assistance cooperation to other trust-marks of the allocated customer and offering the whole product portfolio
* Develop tailored products together with colleagues from Business Development and take the lead in approaching prospects

Your role will have business development activities involved. However, this is referred to strategic business development - NOT cold calling companies and making random visits. You will be managing existing accounts and the ones that you bring to the organisation.

Your profile:

* Master degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
* Extensive sales experience within the automotive industry, working directly with/for OEMs
* Real "hunter" profile, enjoying the research of new leads, capable to analyze clients' current and future needs
* Exceptional Communications skills
* Ability of interaction and networking within a multinational working environment
* Very enthusiastic and resourceful with a strong personality
* Team player while being able to act independently
* English and French or German fluent in speaking and writing
* Willingness to travel throughout Europe (about 30%)

For this permanent position our client is offering an attractive salary package of EUR 75,000 - 95,000 plus bonuses, benefits, and company car.
