Job Details
We are looking for a motivated individual to deliver a number of projects designed to improve the success (with regard to the non-continuation rates, attainment and progression into graduate destinations) of students across the institution. The role will work closely with faculties, schools and services at the University of Leeds to understand existing student success processes and best practice across the institution. A vital part of the role will be to coordinate how different University areas operationalise process enhancement recommendations arising out of the student success projects, ensuring that best practice is implemented appropriately. It will also include providing advice to Faculties, Schools and Services regarding implementation of institutional processes for using student success data and data analytics in order to support students at Leeds. The role will provide Services, Schools or Faculties direction and advice on implementation of evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of student success interventions.
