Job Details

This is a well rounded role that will suit someone who loves working on various things at the same time as you will be involved with order management, preparation and organization of shipment, invoicing and many other activities that will give you an incredible experience.

Working for this well-know pharmaceutical giant will give you the best industry experience which will equip you for a long term career on the market.

You will be working closely with QA developing SOPs and training documentation as well as liaising with the 3PL providing excellent customer service and managing customer complaints and inquiries.

Please get in touch if you have the following experience:

* 2+ years of experience in various customer service or supply chain roles within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries

* Knowledge of ERP systems including packages relating to Customer Order Processing and Supply Chain mgmt. (i.e. SAP, JDE, Siebel)

* Effective written and oral communication skills, required to facilitate information flow across internal / external supply chain partners and Customers

Please bear in mind that this is a 6 months contract initially that might be extended in the future.
