Job Details
An Independent Fostering Agency in Kent is looking for an Assistant Referrals Manager to join their team permanently. The role will involve assisting the Referrals Manager in the the of end to end process of matching Looked After Children referred from Authorities to suitable Foster Placements.
The Assistant Referrals Manager will also take the lead on overseeing and further developing the Respite and Supervised Contact process and the management of Staying Put arrangements. The role will also include line management responsibilities for members of the team.
To be considered applicants must have:
- Prior experience in working within a Fostering Service or Looked After Children
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced working environment
