Progression opportunities for German CRA's/Senior CRA's

Through some of my European clients we are actively looking for (Senior) CRA profiles in Germany open to growing towards a more leading/managing function.
The companies I am working with are specific medium-sized CRO's who are now hiring experienced professionals in Germany to start up their operations in the country from a scratch.

Monitoring is still part of the role, but there is a lot more to it than just this, as you will also be involved in the management of new hires, and have a chance to work on business development (conferences, client meetings,...)

The positions I have open are all home-based but require travel around Germany, occasionally also Austria and Switzerland.
At the moment my clients are not in need of a freelancer, but this can, of course, change quickly depending on the urgency.

We need someone with:

• Fluency in German and English
• At least 3 years of CRA/monitoring experience
• Phase 1 and Oncology experience is highly desired
• Ability to travel around the DACH region
