VP Biopharma Development - Exciting company - EU

A growing Biopharmaceutical company are looking for a senior level candidate to lead a large group across early/late cell culture, Upstream and Downstream process development- in both the Drug Substance and Drug Product stages of development. This is a new position which is pivotal to the organisation, where you can really be involved in process development for parts of the organisation, while also contributing towards strategy and ultimately regulatory approval of these Biological products.

This position would involve international relocation to a beautiful country, which will be supported by the company, along with a strong package both in the short and long term. Only English is required for this role.

You should have a strong background within Cell Culture, downstream purification, process development and managing a large team all within small scale (maybe up to pilot scale). You will also be responsible for scale-up. In addition, having been involved in regulatory meetings with authorities (for example EMA, FDA) would be good.

This position spans both Drug Substance and Drug Product so is an excellent chance to really be involved through various stages of development at an exciting Biopharma company. This is a Director/VP level position.
