Mein Kunde ist ein großer Arzneimittelhersteller mit unterschiedlichen Standorten in Deutschland. Ein unten diesen ist am Wachsen, und viele Änderungen wurden neulich eingeführt. Zur Erweiterung des Führungskräften-Teams wird derzeit ein neuer Head of Quality/QP gesucht (m/w)!
Bei dieser Funktion werden Sie eine sehr breite Entscheidungskompetenz gewinnen, denn bei dem Standort muss man viel neu organisieren.
Viele Richtlinien von den obersten Stufen werden Sie daher nicht bekommen - Sie sind eher der Gestalter, der frische Ideen und kreative Lösungen mitbringt. Dabei werden Sie Ihren Geschäftssinn echt auf die Probe stellen, und ihn schnell weiterentwickeln!
Ihre Kerntätigkeiten:
* Anleitung des Teams bei alle Quality Anliegen zur Entwicklung von dem neuen Produktionsstandort
* Disziplinarische Verantwortung der Qualitätsabteilung
* Implementierung von QMS
* Budget Verantwortung
Vertragsart: Direktvermittlung, Festanstellung
Eintrittsdatum: Zum frühestmöglichen Termin
Standort: Bayern
Gehalt: Je nach Erfahrung verhandelbar
Ihre Voraussetzungen:
* Führungserfahrung im Bereich QA
* Erfahrung als QP
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse oder Sie sind Deutschmuttersprachler
