Production Manager - Unique DNA Product in Sweden

On behalf of our client we are now recruiting for a Production Manager to their manufacturing site in Sweden. They have a unique product on the market which is a custom made DNA product for diagnostic tests, and thus they are also growing rapidly at this time.

Their production team is currently 30 persons strong, with 3 group leaders. The Production Manager will be the person in charge for managing the entire department and reports directly to the site manager. In total, this position means that you get to be part of a growing company and have ability to put your influence on a team that is expected to grow with 20% annually.

Profile:
- Leadership experience within production in the life science industry is necessary
- A chemistry educational background I greatly meriting
- Experience of working in a GMP or ISO 13485 regulated production is required
- Fluency in Swedish and English
