Direct Work with Families

A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join their dedicated Family Centres, which work directly with Families to help provide support to those families who face challenges and difficulties in their capacity to Parent

Highlights:

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a focused role which will see you work directly with Families where there may be issues in regards to their parenting capacity. The role is focused on supporting and helping those families where Court Proceeding may have been initiated and there is a focus in helping to deescalate the situation wherever possible.

The post will see you across the residential and community setting and working with other statutory services to ensure that the family have access to support whilst their needs are being assessed

To be considered for this post you should have extensive experience working with families who are subject to Court Proceedings, you should also have experience of completing Parenting Assessments
