A Local Authority based in the North West is seeking experienced Social Workers to join their Safeguarding team and are offering one of the best pay rates in the region

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to get stuck into an assignment that offers one of the best pay rates in the region whilst providing exposure to cases that are specialist and will provide you the opportunity to further your experience and become a subject matter expert in specific areas. Current themes include CSE and County lines both of which you will receive training in and which will give you the opportunity to work with your counter parts in other neighbouring Local Authorities.

As this is a Safeguarding team you will be taking cases up following initial Court Proceeding and will hold until the case is transfered to the LAC service. This is well resourced authority which has a number of supporting statutory services, which you will have access to to help support the children and families allocated to you.

As this is a locum post the Local Authority is keen to hear from candidates with extensive Safeguarding experience.
