It's very rare that people management roles become available for Registrations professionals within the crop protection sector. And sometimes, just becoming a senior specialist within the same company isn't quite as fulfilling as you hoped.

However, I now have an opportunity with an Agrochemical company that is about to take the market by storm and they are now looking for their next Registrations Manager to help a young team Develop, Grow and Succeed!

This is an exciting time to join a company that has recently invested quite heavily in increasing every aspect of their activity. From recruiting Sales, Marketing and Regulatory Professionals across Europe to investing heavily in new technologies and product innovation, this company is poised to rapidly increase their market share in Europe before expanding internationally. Currently, the Spanish Market proportionally accounts for their highest revenue and they are considered to be the 3rd largest company in the market and compete directly with 2 of the most recognised companies within the industry. Your role will be to work heavily with the sales and marketing team to understand which products to register and when to help increase this market share offering you a pivotal role within the companies largest market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Country Registrations Strategies
  • Preparation and submission of national registration dossiers
  • Planning and implementing registration and advocacy activities
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing Team
  • Working closely with internal scientific experts
  • Representing the company at industry associations
  • Developing strong relationship with Spanish competent authorities

Key Requirements:

  • A scientific education within Agronomy, Biology or Similar
  • Extensive experience within product registrations under 1107/2009
  • Strong CLP and SDS compliance experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of effective project management
  • A professional proficiency in Spanish and English
