HR Generalist - 6 Month Contract - Global Pharma Company

My client, a leading global pharmaceutical company are currently looking to appoint a new HR Generalist to be based at their site in Budapest.

The company that I am working with are currently going through an exciting period of growth within the business which means all hands on deck across all departments creating an upbeat working environment. This will give you a fantastic chance to work with a global organisation during a key part in the business future which should provide many challenges for you to tackle going forwards.

The Role

* This role will be based out of their office in the idyllic capital of Hungary, Budapest
* You will be responsible for Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
* The contract will last for 6 month during which you will play a role in driving HR strategies in the assigned regions
* Working very closely with new employees
* Advising employees on business policies

Requirements

* Previous experience working in a similar HR position
* Ideally experience working with a life sciences company
* Experience working within assigned territories
