Support Team Administrator
The Support Team co-ordinate and manage suppliers of non-medical help study support for disabled students. The role holder will need to demonstrate high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage a busy and flexible workload. You will require excellent IT skills and be able to navigate around a number of different IT applications including University systems, Microsoft Office and external supplier databases to gather information to provide accurate updates to colleagues.
You will have gained strong administrative and IT skills in a busy office environment. Experience of working with University of Bristol or similar student systems (eg. SiTs) would be an advantage.
