Introduction:
We are currently looking to recruit a Lead R&D Engineer to take control of the testing of the automation with concentration on hydraulics, with the option to progress to management when the current manager retires in a year or two giving you the chance to progress and expand your management skills. The company is a world leading tier 1 automotive supplier with a fantastic reputation in other industries too, giving you the scope to work with an international team with the most up to date technologies and products on the market.

About you:
* Dutch or German and English speaking. All three are a big advantage
* Data acquisition software experience with Labview preferably
* Knowledge of data analysis techniques and insight into simulation techniques
* Previous experience in R&D role, preferably automotive.
* Strong testing background
