Due Diligence - Mid-sized BANK

This position consist of the on-boarding of new clients, modification of data or documents, periodical and ad-hoc reviews as well as the closing of accounts. A chance for junior compliance officers to build on what they have been learning, and also a chance for you target a long term career in a very stable Bank.

Your main tasks will be:

Onboarding of new clients containing client documentation analysis (including tax documents such as FATCA, AEOI) and KYC/Due Diligence procedurePeriodical and ad-hoc recertifications during client life-timeSupport the Relationship Manager during the KYC procedure including contacting external clients and coordination with other Bank stakeholdersPerform Risk and Compliance researches and analysis on client structure supported by Bank tools, as well as using public sourcesSupport and contribution on data quality management in the different IT toolsWork tasks can be adapted due to the departments' priorities and, if possible, in respect of employees` interests/expertise.

What are we looking for:

• Commercial education / University degree with relevant KYC/Due Diligence experience; preferred on Corporates and/or Financial Institutions
• High interest in the banking sector
• Sense of confidentiality and proactivity
• Good organisation skills, precision and be able to prioritize
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong Team player and able to build relationships
• Good Computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, German or French is a plus
