£45,000 per annum + £8,000 relocation package

NonStop's client, a Local Authority in the South West of England, is looking for Team Manager who can join their Referral and Assessment Team on a permanent basis. They are offering a very good salary package - £45,000 per annum, £8,000 relocation package. The package will also include:

They are also offering a support package to enable Assistant Team Managers or Senior Practitioners to step into management. You will also work alongside very experienced Team Managers that will also be there to support the new Manager.

In this role, you will be managing the R&A team, which is made up of a combination of experienced Social Workers and newly qualified staff.
