Quality Engineer Operations - ISO 13485 - World leader with Swiss HQ - German and English
With their HQ located in Switzerland, in an area rich in Medical device companies, our client is the leader in medical vacuum pump technology, and selling into more than 100 countries across Europe, North America and Asia.
With a number of Quality based roles on their urgent list, the search is on first and foremost for a Quality Engineer for Operations.
Key responsibilities
* Investigation of non-compliant products including Root cause analysis, and initiation and implementation of corrective and preventative actions
* Analysis of manufacturing processes and creation/monitoring of quality indicators
* Process improvement, working closely with Development and Regulatory departments
* Support in the preparation of risk analyses / FMEA
* Implementation of quality standards, updating the QMS and ensuring relevant training
Key Requirements:
* Technical or scientific background (degree preferred)
* Hands on working knowledge of ISO 13485
* Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt training and / or practical experience in the application
* Experience SPC / FMEA
* Good German and English skills
