Job Details

Job Purpose

To create and contribute to the creation of knowledge by undertaking a specified range of activities within an externally funded research project aimed at critically investigating algorithmic decision-making systems in the criminal justice system.

Person Specification
  • Outstanding analytical capability
  • Interest in, and willingness to learn from, other disciplinary insights and perspectives
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly both verbally and in written form
  • Fluency in relevant models, techniques or methods and ability to contribute to developing new ones
  • Ability to manage time and work tasks effectively and efficiently, assess resource requirements and use resources effectively and efficiently
  • Willingness and ability to contribute to project administration and broader administrative processes
