Business Development Associate Director/ Sales Director - CDMO, focus on full scale biologics manufacturing, no shortage of capacity and working with a very strong and hungry global team

I am currently searching for someone who is an experienced sales/business development professional in the pharma CdMO world. The client is new to the CdMO industry and is looking to convert their high end manufacturing operations to build up a new CMO, its important to note this is business critical role. With this in mind it is a chance to build from the beginning and to work in a leaner and more start-up environment.

What makes this role appealing? Firstly it is a very young team which has had strong results across platforms, in addition to this the manufacturing is done in Europe and the technology is state of the art. It's a lot easier to sell on this basis, but the main challenge will be building a new brand against many more established CdMOs. Interested 'in principle'? Feel free to contact me.

Location: Homebased EU wide

Key Requirements:
* Sourcing new clients within Europe or Globally who can be on boarded with the technical CMO team
* Being a part of the broader BD team with some coverage for licensing for biologics products
* Delivering on sales targets and being a critical part of growing the business

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development for pharma bio-CdMO activities in Europe
* Proven sales track record
