I have an excellent opportunity for banking professionals who have good customer service experience and can manage the customer service office in Bern
You will be joining a fast growing retail bank where you will lead a team of 10 who are serving clients in a wide variety of areas. This is a super chance to lead their online agency and really be part of the creation of the future vision for the Digital presence of the bank.
The Role
* You will manage the team of 10 people and oversee the quality of service from these professionals.
* Successfully leading the team to success and reach all commercial goals.
* Conduct coaching sessions
* Monitoring daily activities and sharing findings with the Director of the online business.
Requirements
* Fluent French
* Good level of English / German
* 4+ years experience in similar role
* Retail banking experience
* Knowledge of services of the retail bank
* Sales experience
* Good customer relationship building skills
