Tax Lawyer / Top Tier Zurich

We are looking for qualified tax lawyers that are eager to join one of the top law firms in Zurich. Our client is an international law firm that has an outstanding reputation and is currently looking to expand their local team.

This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the greatest legal teams in tax in the country, having easy access to the market, which gives you an explicit chance to network and to build status. This would make movement throughout the market much easier for you later, as better opportunities will be at your reach.

With international exposure, you will also have the possibility for secondment to one of their international offices (e.g., London, New York, Singapore). This would grant you the chance to travel and work, all while boosting your professional profile and skill-set.

Tasks:
Regularly advise clients on Swiss and international tax matters
In depth projects on investment structures, reorganizations, M&A transactions
Supporting internal legal teams
Ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:
Swiss university degree in law or business administration
Interested in becoming a certified Swiss tax expert
Experience working in a Swiss law firm
Fluent in German/French and English, additional language skills are a plus
Able to work independently but still is a part of a team
Entrepreneurial nature with analytical skills
Swiss BAR certificate is a huge plus
