Qualified / Senior Social Workers - Child in Need - Up to £39,855 per annum + RRNonstop Care has partnered with this South London local authority to provide qualified and senior social workers for its specialised Child Protection/Child in Need team. This authority has adopted the Signs of Safety model to ease communication allowing social workers to concentrate on realising the envisioned levels of safety. Caseloads have been intentionally kept low to further facilitate this.
This is a permanent position in an inner city borough with good transport links, that offers continued professional development support.
In addition, successful candidates will be compensated with:
- Up to £36,912 for social workersUp to £39,855 for senior social workers£3,000 retention bonus bi-yearlyUp to 3% annual performance bonusRegular supervision, support and 1-2-1'sPersonalised development plans for all social workers31 days annual leave
The right candidates must have:
- Extensive Post Qualified Social Worker experienceChild in Need/Child Protection team experienceA current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
