NonStop Pharma, on behalf of a client well renowned for the quality of the pharmaceutical products they research, develop and commercialise worldwide, is currently looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager.

The responsibilities of the role include:


  • the management of issues and questions from the business requiring legal expertise within intellectual property law, Employment law, competition law and data privacy law
  • the constant support of the business in negotiating inter-company and third party agreements
  • work with various department within the company to mitigate legal risks in the interests of the company
  • the participation in the implementation and monitoring of various Transparency Laws
  • to be the interface with the external legal advisers and internal stakeholders

    The successful candidate has:


  • Documented experience (6 years plus) within legal departments in pharmaceutical companies
  • University degree
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
  • Proficient use of standard of IT tools
