Sr. Admin Assistant - Regulatory Affairs Department -Start ASAP

I am currently looking for a person with work experience within the life science industry. This is a contract that is expected to last around 6 months in total and starting as soon as possible! This person in this role will assist the regulatory affairs, Pharmacovigilance and QA department with primarily administrative tasks such as arranging meetings and events, expense management, purchasing orders and assist regulatory specialists in proofreading of translations and labelling. Thus, whilst the role is administrative in nature, this person will still work very closely with the overall operations in the regulatory department and be part of their work.

We are looking for the following profile:
- Must have experience of working in the life science industry
- Previous experience within administrative roles and similar are meriting
- Experience in handling purchasing order and good excel skills are highly meriting
- Must be fluent in Swedish and communicate well in English.
