Team Manager - Fostering - Local Authority
A Local Authority with a Good Ofsted is looking for a Fostering manager for the Family Placement team.
The team is fully staffed with permanent Social Workers, which means that you will be walking into a stable service and will not need to focus on recruitment, so you can help the authority push their Ofsted from Good to Outstanding. The Authority is very reputable for its stable and supportive management, and you will be a part of that.
You will need managerial experience, and you will need to be fully conversant with Fostering Recruitment and Family Placements. You will also need an HCPC registration.
