Job Details
Can you provide technical support to research projects and do you have extensive laboratory experience which includes skills in decalcified bone histology/immunohistochemistry, osteocyte analysis, qPCR and mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) characterisation and differentiation?
You will join a laboratory engaged in characterising MSC populations using a varied and specialised set of molecular biology skills. This project utilises a range of specialised skills including decalcified bone histology/immunohistochemistry, osteocyte analysis, quantitative PCR mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) characterisation and differentiation. You may have experience with Flow cytometry and cell sorting.You will have a first degree in a relevant biological science and have previous relevant research experience in the extrication, manipulation and analysis of mesenchymal stem cells. You must also have relevant laboratory experience. You will be able to manage your time effectively and work under pressure, along with having effective interpersonal, communication, and team working skills.
