Job Details
NonStop Technical is currently working with a rapidly growing company which is specialised in powertrain systems. Due to their growth they are currently looking for a Development Engineer in the Engine Hardware & Design department.
In the position of Development Engineer you will be responsible for coordinating the development of new and innovative concepts which will be used for the next generation of powertrain platforms. This will be in cooperation with the project design group, internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will be leading and defining the validation program, together with mechanical experts and other departments, while keeping the functionality, reliability, quality, and manufacturing feasibility in mind. All your work will be according to Six Sigma, Automotive SPICE and Agile Project Management techniques.
Profile:
* A Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Engine Engineering.
* Several years of relevant work experience.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and Automotive Spice.
* Skills in CREO and Windchill CAD software, or the ability to learn it quickly.
* Experience with working in development projects and simultaneous engineering teams.
* Excellent skills in the English language.
