A Local Authority based in London is seeking experienced Social Work Practitioners to take on the role of a Consultant to help support the development of Social Work Students

• Work with students to introduce them to practice and develop their skills

This is an excellent opportunity for those practitioner who are looking to use their experience within front line Social Work to help develop students and junior colleagues. This post is dedicated teaching/coaching post which means that you wont be carrying a caseload but will be supporting others with theirs.

You will be working with 4 students who you will be supporting and introducing to practice, working in the community and directly with children and families. As a Consultant you will be receiving support from both the Local Authority and the affiliated charity.

This is an excellent opportunity for those candidates who maybe looking to use their skills to move into education on the subject such as lecturing.

To be considered for this post you should have extensive Child Protection experience
