Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
- provide assistance in providing Inpatient and Outpatient services by the senior faculty members
- perform daily team rounds
- formulate cure plan and expedite discharges on a daily basis in consultation with senior faculty members
- develop and practice a system that is quality-based and has an academic and service model embedded in it
- teach and train undergraduates and postgraduates according to the defined standards and curriculum
- formulate the objectives of a course and appropriate instructional strategies
- teach effectively and evaluate the recipients and the courses taught conduct clinical/basic research related to Paediatrics
- remain part of patient complaint and case review system/root cause analysis
- participate in the departmental and organizational performance improvement activities.
Requirements
You should have:
- an MBBS degree and a valid PMDC license
- possess FCPS Part I or equivalent and eligible for FCPS-II or equivalent.
- The candidates having FCPS completed will be preferred
- completed structured postgraduate training in Paediatrics
- excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
- excellent teaching and training skills
- excellent clinical skills
- ability to provide patient care in a diverse setting and satisfy and retain patients in clinical practice
- ability to work effectively in teams.
