- Degree in Medicine (ideally specialized in one of the relevant therapeutic areas)
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Medical Advisor/Liaison/Manager (study design, study evaluation, medical writing skills, expert panel conduct, symposium and workshop management, KOL management)
- Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills and to be a role model for others
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team (e.g., Commercial, Clin Development, EU teams, HE, Regulatory, Safety, etc.)
- Prepared to travel locally and internationally (30% of working time)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Fluency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Products lifecycle management
- Leading and developing the Local Medical strategy and Medical activities for the products in accordance to internal and external regulations
- Therapeutic Area and/or product specific Medical training
- Management of internal and external relationships within area of responsibility
- Ensuring consistency of Medical content and scientific messages across various tools and materials
- Coordination of non-interventional studies
- Reporting to the Regional Medical Manager
