The Technology Services Leader is dedicated to understanding customer needs and generating customer value with data-driven insights to build and scale a commercial data services business supported by laboratory service operational data streams. The Technology Services Leader will report to the VP OneSource and will be responsible for working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to deliver commercially valuable insights to our customers based on operational data, recommend improvements, define our IoT strategy and drive adoption/consumption of analytics. Additionally, this role will utilize data from our global service activities and characterize opportunities to improve operating margins of existing and future service deployments. This role requires expert-level and customer-facing experience in adoption tools, data mining, visualization and predictive analytics. This role also requires advanced communication skills to collaborate effectively in a large, matrixed environment, and a high level of comfort with executive customer engagements and internal change management required to engage key stakeholders and instill new capabilities.


Partner with Business and Field Teams to Develop Analytics Capability
  • Understand and define analytics commercial opportunity, key metrics, investments and growth plans that will deliver value to our customer in collaboration with BU and field team
  • Acquire and structure data from multiple sources (IoT) to uncover trends and insights that will guide commercial value generation and investment decisions.
    Create Analytics Tools to Assess BU Performance and Determine New Opportunities
    • Create key performance measures based on knowledge of the OneSource Enterprise business, growth drivers, and industry benchmarks
    • Acquire, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights that will guide commercial value generation and investment decisions
    • Identify data-driven opportunities to support Field Business Development efforts and feature investments.

    Drive Organizational Change through Effective Communication and Stakeholder Engagement and Execution Planning

  • Deliver easily-consumable presentations to large groups of stakeholders and executives that showcase actionable insights and recommendations to help drive strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop marketing plans, positioning, core messaging, presentations, and sales tools to support the launch of new products.
