This is a client support position, providing technical support for complex microfluidic products and reagent/instrument systems. This is an ideal role for an individual who enjoys working with people and has a natural ability to identify and resolve issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist internal & external customers with technical product inquiries.
- Provide scientific application support for the LST (Life Sciences and Technologies) product portfolio by phone, e-mail, web and chat to internal and external customers around the globe.
- Document, investigate and resolve complaints on product application, performance or quality issues.
- Develop extensive hands-on expertise with LST products, including assay applications using associated instrumentation and software.
- Support new product introductions and provide feedback to the organization on market and scientific trends.
- Support new product introductions through assay validation and assessment.
