Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
·         Day to day support of Empower 3
·         Troubleshooting of Empower issues - Break/Fix Support - System builds, System configuration
·         Assist with Validation Documents; Support of Additional Lab Applications, a plus
 
Experience Required:
·         Over 3 years troubleshooting Empower instruments and application configurations.
·         Experience with Windows technologies, network utilities/tools
·         Experience working within a regulated environment required
