PerkinElmer is looking for an enthusiastic entry level recruiting professional with a desire to build a career in HR.

Position Scope:

• Network with external talent and internal employees to build a proactive talent pipeline
• Provide sourcing support to Executive Recruiters
• Identify and engage high quality talent
• Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
• Proactively manage the entire recruiting process flow from sourcing, scheduling, debrief, hiring selection and offer process
• Achieve hiring metrics
• Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures
