Position Scope:
- Network with external talent and internal employees to build a proactive talent pipeline
- Provide sourcing support to Executive Recruiters
- Identify and engage high quality talent
- Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
- Proactively manage the entire recruiting process flow from sourcing, scheduling, debrief, hiring selection and offer process
- Achieve hiring metrics
- Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures
