A fantastic opportunity to join a company who are currently going through a phase of significant investment which includes opening new plants in Italy and Germany and taking on a new team of R&D Chemists, it's a very exciting chance to develop into a company plans to grow by 20% year on year for the next decade.

The company you will be working for manufacture specialty chemicals for use in AgroChemicals crop protection (insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and pesticides) and they operate on a global basis, covering the whole of North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Central Africa, India and Asia, so there are extensive opportunities to travel internationally to different locations in the future.

As one of the first members of the new R&D team which the company plan to expand to 6 people over the next 2-3 years you will be in a prime place to develop into a managerial role with respnsibility for a number of R&D formulations chemists underneath, so it's an unrivalled opportunity to progress in the future.

Responsibilites:

• Product Development including testing and formulating AgroChemicals
• Pilot-plant scale up to test feasability of product lines
• Assisting the Sales force and Marketing with technical product specifications and training
• Sourcing of raw materials for the laboratory

Company:

• Sales Operations in over 60 countries worldwide
• R&D and Technical Service Centres in 8 countries globally
• Develop additives and specialty chemicals for AgroChemicals Products
• Currently developing their manufacturing and development with new facilities across Europe
• Flat management hierarchies and a personal working atmosphere

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in development and formulation of AgroChemicals
• Good Knowledge of Pesticides, Herbicides and Fungicides
• Degree background in Chemistry
• Fluent English essential
