The Pharmacology department is seeking scientists to join the Chemical Biology group who have experience in cell-based assay development, high-content imaging and are familiar with either small molecule screening, CRISPR and/ or gene signature generation to interrogate protein-ligand interactions. Hands-on experience in cell culture and biosample preparation (cells, tissues, organs, etc). is required with preference given to candidates with direct experience in primary or 3-D cell culture approaches. A successful candidate will be able to design cell-based experiments using genetic and pharmacological manipulation of pathways and proteins in relevant cell systems to characterize molecular mode of action of tool molecules. The successful applicant will have a track record of achievement, independently design and execute experiments, have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and excellent communication and collaborative skills. A Bachelors degree in Biology or equivalent is required.



- B.S. degree with a minimum of 4 years, M.S. degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or a Ph.D.
