Job Details
A large well-known Government department is looking for an experienced Contracts Project Sponsor/ Support to provide expertise on their project until June '17. This role is extremely diverse and will require a high level of responsibility; hence giving you job satisfaction whilst boosting your CV at the same time.
You will support the Regional Contracts Lead and Commercial & Procurement (C&P) Business Partner to develop and maintain linked project and programme plans optimised for efficient delivery for the contracts work stream.
You therefore need to have commercial skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts for projects dependent on external procurement / contracts to deliver outcomes. Knowledge of Project Management environments is also highly important.
