IT Business Analyst - CRM Focus - Switzerland

This opportunity enables you to work for a market leader in CRM software development on CRM projects which are targeted primarily at Financial institutions. They develop specialized CRM software solutions for a range of national & international clients: financial enterprises, NGO's and advertising agencies.

The right Business Analyst will have an awareness of how Financial companies operate and will ideally:

• Have experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering for CRM projects;
• Have experience working in the private banking sector;
• Have digital marketing expertise and specifically, in-bound marketing know-how;
• Speak French and English fluently. French is particularly important for interaction with local clients.
